Follow-up Comment #19, bug #62207 (project octave):

With the default flags (no ASAN) it compiles w/o problem
and test passes:


octave:1> cd ../test/bug-35881 
octave:2>  test bug-35881.tst
PASSES 1 out of 1 test
octave:3> ver
