Follow-up Comment #25, bug #62207 (project octave):

Could you please try the attached small change?  There will be many test
failures because expected error messages will not match "foobar", but the test
suite should run.

By generating a new exception instead of rethrowing the existing one, I'm
trying to determine whether the crash (see comment #17) is maybe happening
because of some error we are making with the execution_exception class or
whether it might be a platform-specific compiler issue.  I don't really see
any reason for the segfault.
