Thank you for reporting back.
And no need to apologize for thinking you hit a bug, I'd rather have such
"false positives" than real bugs that are noted but remain unreported.
That said, all those different spreadsheet date formats and epochs do
constitute a nasty situation; little wonder you & colleagues got confused.
