Details:

i have been using octave(version 4.0 and aslo version 7.1.0)since a month but
suddenly my command window stopped working after 5 minutes i start the
software  .Even if i restart the octave, command window works for some time
again it stops working.i have also tried updating the newer version of it but
the situation is same.
