Follow-up Comment #2, bug #62350 (project octave):
The old issue still exist, but a new came up.
Under octave v6.1 - v6.4 I never observed such weird looking command windows.
"What exactly prevents you from adding comments to bug #61461?"
I did not made a screen last time, a window popped up and informed that a
comment is not possible.
I do not know which browser works best on this platform here.
