Follow-up Comment #26, bug #62412 (project octave):

I think the more useful documentation is for integral at
https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/integral.html.

This only allows one scalar for absolute tolerance and another for relative
tolerance.  There is no change when the property "ArrayValued" is true so
presumably the same tolerances are applied to every column of the output.
