[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #62868] incorrect GUI creation

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #62868 (project octave):

I have attached the screenshots. Oct64.jpg is what I get with 6.4.0 (the
desired window is created with all the required controls) and Oct72.jpg is
what I get with 7.2.0 (the window is created but it is empty with no controls;
no warning or error messages). From under the same Windows 10 system.
