Follow-up Comment #3, bug #62877 (project octave):

I think am seeing the same.

If I change the 'copy' if statement in clipboard.cc:


  GlobalUnlock(hglb);
+ EmptyClipboard();
  SetClipboardData(CF_TEXT, hglb);



It seems to work ok in windows 11 at least.
