Follow-up Comment #53:

Using Qt::WindowState::WindowMaximized, the horizontal layout of the dock
widgets is not preserved at startup. Using setGeometry (also in addition)
leads to a frameless window. I have pushed changeset
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/a44009224387 to the default branch
that used setGeometry() and re-adds the title bar with the related window
flag.

Reopened the bug as "Ready to test".
