Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #63388] Octave may crash with uitable containing true/false data
Date: Mon, 21 Nov 2022 10:44:34 -0500 (EST)

Follow-up Comment #15, bug #63388 (project octave):

I am attaching the results of multiple traces (had to compress it since it's
more than 4 files). Each trial (whether "bt" or "thread apply all bt") was
done in a fresh instance of gdb. All tests invoked the original post's
"octave:1> test_crash_submit ([], [], 2)".

If using "bt" alone, then it crashes in the same place each time, in
QWidget::show().

If using "thread apply all bt", it shows that it progresses to a different
location each time before the crash is triggered, and there are memory access
messages on subsequent runs, like "rhs=<error reading variable: Cannot create
a lazy
string with address 0x0, and a non-zero length.>" which may be error messages
from previous trials, but indicating the same problem.
