Follow-up Comment #48, bug #47571 (project octave):
got it. seems there are so many of these separate utf / character related bugs
since ~2014-15, i failed to notice the very obvious win7 tie in in the title.
is the difference in the :
>> 'Müller' == 'Möller'
outputs between octave and matlab a concern? (assuming it's not an artifact of
how i entered them with the ALT-text vs an actual keyboard)
