           Fixed Release:                    None => 8.1.0 (current stable)

Follow-up Comment #8:

Pasting the Chinese characters from comment #0 in the command window now works
correctly. That might have been a (positive) side effect of the following
change:

Full width characters are still duplicated though.

Since the latter is already tracked in bug #58717, I'm going to close this as
fixed.
