[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #63573] Build warnings from curl library

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #63573 (project octave):

I am attaching a trial patch for this bug. It builds and passes "make check"
but I have no idea if this is the right way to do it. It needed a lot of
changes with the new curl API. Pls review.
