Thank you for the review.
The "@options{..}" thing was a typo. I've only tested on Windows where I'm
(still) unable to build the documentation. (That part is still untested.)

I noticed a couple of other errors in the documentation. 
I removed the default value for the input parameter of that function in
octave-svgconvert. I forgot to delete it after some initial incremental
changes.

See the attached updated patch.
