[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #60122] Save and Run in editor does not always save

Follow-up Comment #22, bug #60122 (project octave):

I am on a local drive.
I am using a laptop with a primary SSD for the windows system (c:\) and an HDD
for storage (D:\).
It seems that the problem happens only for D:\. But I am not 100% sure due to
its random nature.

I tried the steps in comment #1. The external editor detects the changes and
loads the modified file. But octave still gives results based on the old code
even if I press run many times after that. I get results for the old code.
