Follow-up Comment #27, bug #39314 (group octave):
With this changeset: http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/7b8711f959c3
the BISTs have been updated to use `randi (100,...` instead of `rand` and all
tests now pass. The previous discrepancy was probably acceptable as is too,
since it was doing some 27K multiplications and additions, so the floating
point error was not going to cancel to exactly zero.
