little doc improvements

Hello,
it would be nice if you keep the version number in 'doc/conf.texi' in
sync the the version number of octave.  It is always at '2.0.5'.

Another suggestion is, move the line containing 
        @contents
in the file 'doc/interpreter/octave.texi' from the end to a separate
line after '@end titlepage'.
The same for 'doc/liboctave/liboctave.texi'.
The the list of chapters and sections are at the beginning which is
much better I think.
