Status of NDArray support for functions on the Wiki

Dear All,

To help adapt all of the functions that need to be adpated for NDArray
support I've included a page of the Wiki, with all of the functions I
can see in my 2.1.57 + cvs octave-forge install and their status. This
is only a start to identifying which functions need adapting, so if you
have a favourite function that needs modifying here is your chance to 
identify it is a list...
