Hello,I am trying to start a toolbox for medical imaging, focused mainly on the use of the file format DICOM. From the array of functions that I have seen for GNU Octave, there may even be a need to start with a few generic functions covering histograms, morphing, etc. Any further input would be appreciated. ThanksByron Tie
BioSig http://biosig.sf.net supports reading many different data formats. Support of the DICOM format is currently in rudimental state. It is one aim to improve this. For more details see the the functions SOPEN, OPENDICOM and GETFILETYPE in the BioSig4OctMat toolbox.
