| Getting whatever build process you use into a script and committed to
| CVS is basic in making the release supportable in the future... So I'm
| not sure this is that secondary..
Also, other than choosing the compiler to use, I don't see why there
should be many significant differences in the build procedure.
Certainly there should be a lot of common things there, so I think we
should try to avoid having two separate build scripts/procedures.
