ok, serious again. Working on a 3.0 release at the moment.
I have 2.9.17 and 2.9.19 also, but I didn't released them on the web, since I saw that already 3.0 was out.
Interested in "old" releases as well?

Anyway when you will have uploaded them, please inform us via the Octave ML.

I will update information in my web and OtaveForWindows Wiki as soon as 
possible.
