What's new for this release

Octave-forge support 
Not all packages but many packages are supported. 
Unsupported package are optiminterp in main, macosx, engine, graceplot, java, 
jhandles and pdb in
extra, and all packages in nonfree. 
Please note that the octcdf does not support F90.


Revised new detailed Readme 
The file of ReadmeMingwOct3.0.xx.txt is entirely revised. It will be more 
comprehensive than before.


New console soft : ckw-mod 
ckw-mod is a small but cool console software on win32
