The EXTRA-CHECK argument for OCTAVE_CHECK_LIBRARY is expanded inside
both AC_LANG_PUSH/POP and an if $octave_LIBRARY_ok shell test, so it
would be a little more concise to use the extra argument for
OCTAVE_CHECK_LIBRARY.
