To my non-lawyer eyes it seems that the license:
http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/2_3/toolkit/docs/cudatoolkit_eula.txt
is not GPL compatible (e.g. clause 2.1.4 prohibits reverse engineering)
