Hello
For me build itself was completed
Octave successfully built. Now choose from the following:
./run-octave - to run in place to test before installing
make check - to run the tests
make install - to install (PREFIX=/c/Programs/Octave/3.2.4_gcc4.4.0)
However I cannot see start up screen by ./run-octave.
However, for example './run-octave -f -q -H ./test.m' worked correct.
#test.m
plot (1:10);
print('test.emf','-demf');
'./run-octave -f -q -H ./test.m' gave test.emf file correctly.
I found that gendoc.exe, gethelp.exe and munge-texi.exe generated without
-D_GLIBCXX_DLL flag cause
runtime errors. Therefore -D_GLIBCXX_DLL is to be used but I have met undefined
symbol error at link
stage when some particular code included.
See
I have reported to the MinGW ML but have not gotten any suggestions.
http://old.nabble.com/undefined-reference-to-%60_imp___ZTVSt9bad_alloc-and-_imp___ZNSt9bad_allocD1Ev-td27337166.html
How can I overcome this contradictory situation?
Any suggestions ?
BTW, on Monday and Tuesday, I have been occupied with my job. I might not make
response on the two
days.
Regards
Tatsuro
