Hi David,
Just a technical question: I've been trying to compile the texinfo file
below and texi2[pdf|dvi] fails as follows:
address@hidden:~/work/octave$ texi2dvi contrib.txi
This is pdfTeXk, Version 3.141592-1.40.3 (Web2C 7.5.6)
file:line:error style messages enabled.
%&-line parsing enabled.
entering extended mode
(./contrib.txi
./contrib.txi:56: You can't use `macro parameter character #' in
horizontal mod
e.
l.56 #
make a local copy of the octave
? q
I know close to nothing about texinfo, so any help on how to process
this file into a more readable format is more than welcome!
Cheers and thanks,
Pedro
