"hg pull -u" is delayed as compared to the web site

I see changes on the web site what I'm unable to pull. Based upon my last 
attempt, this will fix itself in less than an hour, but does anyone know what 
is happening, and if I can do something to fix/work-around it?

        calculation of plotboxratio for the gnuplot backend when
        dataaspectratiomode, xlimmode and ylimmode are all set to manual.
        Now this case is handled in src/graphics.cc .
