Testing octave-3.4.0

Hello,

I've been running Octave 3.2.3 on a macbook OS 10.4.11. I installed
    image-1.0.15.tar.gz
and it all when fine.
However as I migrated to MacOS 10.7 on my Macbook Pro i7 4 core, I've
installed both octave-3.7.0+ (see post in this list: Testing octave-3.7.0+),
and octave-3.4.0.

*I was not able to install:*

- image-1.0.15.tar.gz on octave-3.7.0+ (Ben, thank you for your fast and
kind reply to the post in this list entitled: Testing octave-3.7.0+)

*- image-1.0.15.tar.gz on octave-3.4.0 either. Please find below the message
