hg repo corruption -- anyone have a backup?

We have recently discovered that we have repository corruption. If you
run "hg verify" on a recent copy you will notice it. The problem seems
related to the gui branch. I don't understand yet exactly what trouble
this causes, since everythings seems to be working normally.
Regardless, I'd like to try to fix it.

Jacob, would you by any chance have an old copy of the clone from
around last year? The problems seem to start around that time.
