Profiler GUI

Dear Octave Maintainers,

Hope this finds you well.

My name is Hassan Radi and I am applying for GSoC this year. I
implemented part of the profiler GUI. Kindly find the attached
GUI-Profiler.diff file.

This contribution includes the following changes:
- Added a new profiler button to the Main-Window class.
- Clicking on the Profiler button toggles between turning the profiler
ON or OFF.
- The user can choose whether to start a new profiling session or to
resume the old one
