Hi SOCIS applicants,

I received your application for the SOCIS 2013 programme
which were sent to me by email by the programme administrator.

Octave, though, is a collaborative project where most decisions
are taken collaboratively via discussion on the mailing list and IRC channel.

Those of you who did not do it yet are therefore invited to post your detailed 
project plan to the Octave wiki so we can see it and discuss it.

This procedure was actually already clearly described in our project ideas page
so you should see this reminder as one last chance we're providing to let you 
do 
things right.

Also consider that one of the main criteria for student selection is see how 
well 
you are expected to bind in with the community and whether you have already 
contributed 
to Octave somehow or you can be expected to contribute again in the future.
