Just a heads up, after Mike updated the build system to use a newer version
of texinfo.tex from gnulib the documentation build broke. It turned out
that on Ubuntu 12.04 I needed to add the extra package
texlive-latex-recommended. On newer versions of Ubuntu the correct package
is texlive-fonts-recommended.
