​Even if there is a problem with tstmid.for file, no program should segfault on illegal input.

Which suggests that you have a problem with your build environment (doxygen or may be

graphviz?).

For what it worth it works for me (fedora 23 x86_64, doxygen 1.8.10, graphviz ​2.38.0 (20140413.2041)).
