Hello all,
Could anyone having access to a cygwin environment try to confirm
Marco's problem here:

You simply have to download the tarball in my second reply and try "pkg
-verbose build build2 generate_html-0.1.11.tar.gz".
Answers from people working on Windows or Mac OS could be interesting as
well.

additional info:
1) the problem arises only on pkg build but not on pkg install.
2) just unpacking / repacking Julien's tar file solves the issue.
3) the only difference in the two version that seems relevant is
that the repacked one contains the directory information
drwxr-xr-x marco/Administrators 0 2016-05-22 09:16 generate_html-0.1.11/
-rw-r--r-- marco/Administrators 35147 2016-05-21 22:32

drwxr-xr-x marco/Administrators 0 2016-05-22 09:16
generate_html-0.1.11/inst/
while the original is missing that info

-rw-r--r-- 0/0 2964 2016-05-21 22:32
generate_html-0.1.11/inst/generate_html_manual.m
4) generate_html-0.1.10 that has the same structure worked
just the last month. So or it is due to a system change or a
libs change.
Julien's version and repacked one are available also here:
