Is the failure consistent?

It's working for me most of the time, though in the past I have 
occasionally noticed comments in the tracker that I did not see in 
email.  I'm not sure what's causing that problem.  As savannah users we 
don't have control over it or a way to fix it.  We will need help from 
the savannah sysadmins.
