GUI translation for Octave 8.1.0

Dear Translators,

The translation files (libgui/languages/*.ts) of the GUI were updated for the 
8.1.0 release in the stable branch with changeset

It would be very helpful for the upcoming 8.1.0 release if you could check the 
files and add translations for new text strings. Please, upload the completed 
files at the related bug #63404 report

The bug report or the forum thread can also be used for questions and
