Follow-up Comment #19, patch #10021 (project octave):
If a user supplies
The two fields
SemimajorAxis
InverseFlattening
It would work similar to the vector version and calculate the other fields.
The ones with strings would be
Code = ""
Name = ""
LengthUnit = meter (default)
I would think most users would do
E = wgs84Ellipsoid;
function (foo,bar,E,"degrees")
