Details:

A few more options for function 'confusionchart' to improve its
compatibility.

Most notably this patch adds the "HandleVisibility" property to the
ConfusionMatrixChart object. Besides that, it adds the "Position",
"OuterPosition" and "Units" properties.

For the new properties there are also new tests.
