Just one (small) comment on the Tiny v2.11 picture on your website : some text (molex headers captions) on the top components print layer seems to be "compressed".
I've checked (one more time) the gerber files, they are ok.
I think it can be an issue at the wiring and connecting time....

    For those who are interested, I just updated my website with
    pictures of my Tiny 2.11 assembled boards and two brand new items
    as well.  In addition to the Tiny 2.11 boards and IR boards,
    I now have FT232R based USB-serial (TTL) interface boards and also
    a 3-Axis 2-8G I2C/SPI accelerometer board.
