You need to replace the voltage regulator chip.. Look on the board and follow the trace and repair stuff step by step

I currently have a Tiny V2.11 that was plugged in reverse polarity and this consequently blew the first 100micro farad 20V capacitor, after replacing this cap the board is not working (this was still expected, but woth a try). Any tips on how it could be repaired, or is it a throw away?
 
It would really help if it was repairable as it was being used for a university project that cannot afford to buy a new one.
