You get an error because of the DTD.
If you remove the reference to the DTD, you will get an error from the preprocessor (check_distance function, gen_flight_plan.ml:557)
If you comment out this line, you will be able to compile the simulator ... and get an error in the GCS :-(
sorry ... if it is really required I will fix it. If not, I will remove any reference to it !
