Hi.
Today i tested my new flight plan and although generally it was a
success i did encounter some strange problems.
First of all some times the plane was leaving the flight plan and
starting to go straight and level
despite the fact that the GCS was telling me that i am indeed in the
correct flight plan block
and in "AUTO2" per GCS.
Imagine the plane located 200 meters from the HOME waypoint where the
standby circle is and you click on the "Standby" block.
Then as expected you see the plane heading to the "HOME" circle but
suddenly always before entering the standby circle the plane starts to
go straight.
This behavior was very random and it could happen any time but not when
the plane was well inside the selected block.
What i mean is that it looked that the plane was going out of the flight
plan enroute to execute the main maneuver but never inside the actual
maneuver.
Secondly i tried to do the PolySurvey but in vain.
The plain would go to the entry point start to turn in order to line up
but then
after about say 30 degrees in to the turn it started to go straight.
This behavior was very consistent and it would exactly repeat the same
thing every time i tried.
The only thing different from the last few times was that this time i
did had a working uplink
thus i could change between blocks of the flight plan .
Generally the data link was very robust.
Anyone has encountered this behavior again?
Chris
