Hi Zico,

that messages sound as if the USB starts transfering some packets and
then gets stuck by non recoverable crc errors. So the device is detected
and basic communication is there. Could you try a thicker/shorter USB
cable, use another (new made) USB-mini -> Tiny adapter, use a USB High
Speed (2.0) hub on a High Speed port and check the frequency of the
12MHz quarz? Not sure but I think ppzuav tests all devices over USB.
Maybe this Tiny is "on the edge" somehow.
