Are you running a recent version?
Make sure you DON'T have this define in the makefile section of your
airframe file anymore:
-DRADIO_CONTROL_TYPE=RC_<your brand>
And make sure that the radio file you are using has
pulse_type="POSITIVE" (or negative) specified accordingly.
