thanks for your answer. Just how do I set that minimal groundspeed? I mean which parameter should I use for that? Or do I need a different nav.c?

I have implemented a similar approach as the one in the nav.c file.
What i do is set a minimum groundspeed in the airframe file or within the flight plan
and then if the groundspeed falls below this value the cruising throttle is increased.
When i fly downwind obviously the control loop does not restrict grounspeed so the plane can adjust the throttle as usual to maintain altitude.
In this case the groundspeed loop is deactivated like it is not there at all (normal Paparazzi autopilot operation.
