Do you intend to use 35/41/72Mhz radio control ? Are you sure you don't want to patch into your rc receiver and avoid the multiple wires to and from the decoder board ? If you want to use 2.4Ghz radio control, the spektrum satelite receiver plugs directly into one uart of the Lisa board. If you're a futaba person, futaba has a 2.4Ghz rc receiver with a ppm output
I wasn't sure what I needed, so I just bought the board to be sure. I actually have both the Futaba receiver and a Spectrum satellite. The easiest would be to use the Spectrum satellite. But I think I have to change the Molex connector since it is a three pole connector. If I'm not mistaken, It need to be a four pole connector where three are used?
# Cable from the Gumstix to the Lisa autopilot. The gumstix plug directly into the 70 pins connector on the Lisa/l board
Yes I discovered that. But how do you access the Gumstix? Is an expansion board needed, or can you do it when it is connected to the Lisa/l board?
Just a comment about wifi : I confirm that the internal adapter of the overo doesn't work very well for me. I have had good success with a linksys usb wifi key. Paul also added the driver to our filesystem for this one http://www.amazon.fr/Edimax-EW-7711-nLITE-Wireless-adaptateur/dp/B001KOTDDU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1281036371&sr=8-1 which comes with an antenna
How do you connect it to the Lisa board? Regards Oerjan Pettersen
