Well i suppose i could say that a subsystem is an integration of 
hardware and/or software system that the autopilot almost always needs 
to have for correct operation while a module is anything additional
a user might want to add to the autopilot (hardware and/or software) 
without editing all the code files of the autopilot thus creating a non 
compatible version of the autopilot software.
