Hi Chris,

I appreciate the current behaviour of paparazzi and have flown many
successful flights with vmode="glide".

Maybe you should tune your parameters to avoid overshoot. For example
enhance BLEND_START and BLEND_END or reduce CLIMB_PITCH and
DESCENT_PITCH in the airframe file.
