Known issue. The imu is (probably) not stopping to function but the angle is so big because of the 10 radians that eh PFD is off-scale and the eleveator pitches up as much as allowed. Change to radians as Felix indicated.

I have been flying successfully with an Arduimu v2 but wanted to

fly with the correct pitch I need to lie it slightly nose up rather

pitch default in the configuration (below) to say 10 degrees but after
flashing the configuration the imu stops functioning and the PFD is

<section name="INS" prefix="INS_">
 <define name="ROLL_NEUTRAL_DEFAULT" value="0" unit="deg"/>
 <define name="PITCH_NEUTRAL_DEFAULT" value="0" unit="deg"/>

What is the correct way of doing this?
