which ahrs algorithm are you using? And what version of paparazzi (date)?

What does your PFD show if you are flying straight in manual? I guess
not zero roll... the PDF just shows the estimated attitude...
If you are flying straight in manual it doesn't mean that your
aircraft is actually level.
